Description: Appointment setters is a sales position that does not require you to speak to people over the phone. Rather, the sale is conducted over DM (direct message) conversation. You will be inside of an influencer's DMs (i.e, on IG or FB), and will be responsible for booking 5+ qualified sales calls per day. Then, a sales closer (another team member) will be responsible for taking those sales calls, and closing the deals. For every call that you book, that ends up closing, you will receive a % of commission.

Description: Outbound Setting is a sales position that will require for you to conduct 15 minute "triage calls" face to face on Zoom, as well as calling (via phone) inbound phone numbers that enter our system. Your responsibilities will be split between calling 100-150 dials per day, and upon pick up, conducting 15 minute calls to qualify these leads. Then, a sales closer (another team member) will be responsible for taking those sales calls, and closing the deals. For every call that you book, that ends up closing, you will receive a % of commission.

One line summary: You will get paid $4-7K/mo for taking 15 minute calls and typing messages from your phone, to book sales calls for the company.
Description: A Closer is a sales position that requires that you speak to people face to face on Zoom. You will be responsible for taking 8+ sales calls per day (that last roughly 1 hour per call), in which you use your communication skills to help people take action steps to change their lives. At the end of the call you will collect tuition and enroll the prospect into the mentorship. You are paid through commission directly on the cash you collect. (For example, if you sell a $5,000 offer, and you close the deal within one call, you would have made $500 for one hour's worth of your time.)

One line summary: You will get paid $10-12K+/mo for taking zoom calls to guide people toward transformation, and closing deals for the company.
Description: Client Success Managers are the accountability coaches that work 1:1 with all of our students inside of our university. They conduct welcome/onboarding calls with new clients, weekly coaching calls (both 1:1 and group calls on zoom), and also provide 1:1 messaging support. If you love serving others, coaching and motivating others, and love to build others to help them succeed, this role will be your dream job.

Description: Copywriters write words that sell. Whether that's writing for our Instagram account (short form less than 500 words), or long form content, like the script for a VSL, copywriters write the content for the influencers in our company.
